Dattamsha Data Labs was founded by Daksh Sahni after a decade running HR analytics, compensation and HR digitisation at Pine Labs, Swiggy, Bharti Airtel, Sun Life and Concentrix. The company is profitable and self-funded, builds on open-source infrastructure, and keeps employee data in-region.

Postgres, Qdrant, Airflow-class orchestration, open models where they meet the bar. Cost-effective, inspectable, and never a licence your procurement team has to fight.
Compliance by construction
Lawful basis, consent, retention and erasure are properties of the platform, not a programme run beside it. If a product will not show a number it cannot support, the buyer can trust the numbers it does show.
Python decides, the model writes
