Measure · Phala फल Roadmap

What it was worth, in rupees, with the evidence class on every line

Every quarter Phala issues a Value Statement: what the loop did, what it changed, and what that was worth — using cost constants you set. Figures backed by a holdout are marked causal; deterministic counts times a cost are marked attributed; nothing is silently upgraded, and a section titled "what we do not claim" is printed on every statement.

  • Outcomes: regretted exits avoided, helpdesk tickets deflected, reporting hours returned, offer drop-outs avoided, unplanned absence reduced
  • Compliance evidence coverage as a non-monetary line
  • Constants versioned and audited; statements immutable once issued
  • A Tier-1 outcome with no control group this period is shown as "not valued" — never downgraded to an attributed figure
  • Lives inside Gargi: next to the metrics, not behind another login

Phala is on the roadmap for the first quarter of 2027, shipping with Gargi. Its first statements will cover tickets deflected, reporting hours returned and — where a holdout campaign has closed — regretted exits avoided.
